How do we tackle the growing divide between the existent problem of unemployment and unemployability? What it takes is a step towards removal of the latter, and then focus on the former. MICRUTS realizes the need of bridging the gap between needs of an unskilled but potentially viable individual and the industry requirements. It focuses on mapping the two through intensive research, exploration and analysis of the training requirements of the industry and individual skill set.
